Dismiss a Three Rivers ticket with defensive driving

1. Contact the Three Rivers Municipal Court on or before your appearance date and request permission to take a driving safety course. Ask about the court’s cost and deadline.
2. Provide what the court requires — typically a valid Texas driver license and current liability insurance.
3. Take our TDLR-approved 6-hour Texas driving safety course (Provider CP1172). Enroll here.
4. Submit your certificate of completion and a certified copy of your driving record to the Three Rivers Municipal Court by its deadline.
